Meet Mrs. Parker
Welcome to the 2011-2012 school year! We will have such an amazing journey together this year! Let me tell you a little about myself. I was born in New York, but have spent most of my life here in the beautiful state of Florida. I am a HUGE USF Bulls fan, and I love to watch and play all sports! If you can’t find me on the field, the next place to look would be in my kitchen. I am always looking for a great recipe to try, but baking my grandma’s homemade cookies is my staple! My favorite chef to watch is Paula Deen, I have even met her! I married my husband Jamison in 2007 and last Christmas we welcomed our daughter Leighton into the world! You will get to hear LOTS of stories about Leighton and all the funny things she and her "sister" aka my dog Bella do. This is my 8th year of teaching, and let me tell you I love every minute of it! I truly couldn’t imagine doing anything else , and feel so lucky to get to teach right here in Neptune Beach.
